Social Anxiety Cure

It is such a difficult thing to deal with social anxiety! I mean can you imagine having to worry each time you go out of your house that someone will be watching you? This isn't about the idea that they are out to get you, but that they are just going to laugh at you or worse still make fun of you.

I suffered form social anxiety for many years. I couldn't figure out what the heck was going on until I looked up my symptoms on the Internet. I found out that all my sweaty palms when I stood up on front of people at work and my nervousness was due to social anxiety.

I decided to find my own social anxiety cure. I did research and tried everything that people said that you could do to stop social anxiety. I tried doctors, but all they wanted to do was put me on medication and try some strange therapy. Although I have respect for both of these things I knew that this was not going to be a social anxiety cure that I wanted to try.

I went to many health care practitioners looking for a social anxiety cure until I came upon several things that actually worked. I started with simple things, like eliminating alcohol of any kind from my diet. I stopped staying up late all the time and began to get more sleep. I also stopped drinking coffee. Once I found the right cure for myself I decided to share this social anxiety cure with others.
