Shyness and social anxiety

I have always been a shy person by nature. In fact, my mother has tried to get me out of my shell because I was so awkward as a child. I found out later in life that my behavior was due to shyness and social anxiety. I just was shy because I didn't want people to notice me.

I found out that when I was going through life and not wanting to talk to anyone, this was just my way of dealing with my shyness and social anxiety. By not talking to people I didn't have to risk embarrassment. If I had to interact with people, my anxiety would start small and before you knew it I would be sweating like I had just run a marathon.I was almost paralyzed with fear at times, because I just couldn't bear to have people staring at me or interacting with me in any way for fear that I would do something to mess up. If you know what I mean, and are relating to me in any way, then you also are probably suffering from shyness and social anxiety.

The good news is that you can do something about it, and you don't have to worry about medication. I have discovered some natural ways to take care of my shyness and anxiety and I am passing them on to other people.

A few things I did were to stop drinking my lattes and start getting enough sleep. These two things coupled with my other natural remedies helped me stop my shyness and social anxiety.
